Obituary for John W. Foster Sr.

Foster, John W., Sr - 73 of Galloway Township, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.

John was born in Northfield and lived in Pleasantville and Galloway Township. He worked at New Jersey Water Company and subsequently retired from Atlantic County Department of Public Works Bridges and Roads Division.

John enjoyed fishing, crabbing, playing slots in Atlantic City, and thorobred horse racing at the former Atlantic City Race Course.

John is survived by his sons, John, Jr. and Eric (Amy); daughter Karen; granddaughter Erica Seelig; and grandson Evan. John was predeceased by his grandson, Brandon Seelig; his father, Robert; his mother, Gladys Giolito; and his brother, Robert (Lillian).

A viewing will be held on Monday, January 22, 2018 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. Interment will follow in Laurel Memorial Park, Pomona.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in John's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place
